We choose the name SIX SISTERS for our upcoming reunion because that was how we were raised, as one huge family! We grew up as sisters, we shared secrets, fought, got in trouble, played, sulked, etc; just like normal siblings do. We represent the Allen, Linde & Nunweiler Families. During our youth, we looked forward to weekends, specifically Sunday because that was when relatives and friends would stop by to eat, talk, laugh and play. In the summer we looked forward to our bi-annual trips across country and our bi-annual trips locally.

            Unlike other families, we were lucky. Many would have considered us poor, but we had more than most – we had love!

            Over the years our family has become disconnected, as some passed on, others became involved in their immediate family; whatever the cause, we became lost to one another. Personally, I feel that this is a tragedy. We were so close, all of us, now it seems we could pass one another on a street and not even know who it is we passed. It is time to reconnect, if only once a year. Starting this year, 2008, we are planning on hosting an annual Family Reunion and we hope that each and everyone of you will be able to attend.
