Children & Grandchildren of
Linda Darnice Nunweiler & Clarence
David Wagner
Dollene Edna Wagner & Sean
Christopher Family
Dollene was born on December 28,
1974, the daughter of
Linda D Nunweiler & Clarence d
Wagner.
Dollene married Sean Christopher
twice. Wedding plans had been made,
invitations were sent out when the
family learned that her father,
Clarence Wagner had cancer. His
prognosis was not promising, the
doctors could not assure anyone that
Clarence would make it to see
Dollene married on May 26, 2001.
Determined to have her father
witness her marriage, Dollene
gathered family and friends and
within one week's time, another
wedding date was set. This wedding
was for immediate family members
only.
We had a different gown, flowers,
food, a marriage license and a
Priest who was willing to conduct
the wedding ceremony twice.
Therefore Dollene & Sean can
celebrate their anniversary on April
20 & May 26. Clarence was in a
wheel chair at the first wedding,
and could walk only a short
distance, still he managed to walk
his daughter down the aisle. By the
time her originally planned wedding
arrived, Clarence was feeling much
better and managed to walk his
daughter the entire length of the
church aisle. Clarence passed away
in August 9, 2001, but he had seen
both children married.
Dollene is a very perseverant woman.
She put herself through college,
graduating from Canisius College in
Buffalo, NY. She began work at ITT
in Cheektowaga, NY shortly
thereafter, where she steadily
climbed the ladder, remaining on the
job until shortly after her first
child, Nicholas was born. Wishing to
be a stay at home Mom and still
offer added financial support to her
family, Dollene resigned her
position at ITT and is presently
waitressing part time at Olympia
Restaurant in Gowanda, NY.
This offered Dollene the best of
both worlds, time with her children
and an extra income.
Sean Christopher is a teacher at
Fredonia Elementary School. He and
Dollene have purchased the house
built by his grandfather in Collins,
NY. He is a wonderful husband,
father and son-in-law. I couldn't
ask for more. Dollene is the best. I
am forever finding new reasons to be
proud of her. She is a fantastic
mother and a wonderful daughter. I
don't know what I would do without
her.
